Hi, I’m Lauren! In the last 16 years as a doula, childbirth educator and pediatric sleep coach, I have served over 500 families. I draw from my previous experience as a nanny and my degree in psychology and child development to support the entire family unit. My natural insight and desire to get to know you and your family’s unique needs assist me in selecting a member of the Doulas of Oregon team that will wholeheartedly support you.

I’m on a mission to end your depletion as new parents and to give you practical, actionable tools to get better sleep for life. I truly love the intimate nature of working one-on-one with families, in their homes. In doing so, I’m able to observe, get to know you and your baby, and put together an effective plan to get you all sleeping better, faster than you can imagine.

In my downtime, I love spending time with my husband and our daughter, PJ. I love to travel, a good restorative yoga class, hiking, reading a good work of fiction, or drinking a delicious cup of coffee.
